I had a problem with my hub. Customer service agent was very friendly and helpful

I’ve worked with the customer support a couple times in a week having separate issues with my pumps. Both times - using chat, email, and phone call - I had a great experience, and my problems were resolved super quickly and efficiently.
Be assured if you have an Elvie pump and have any concerns, contact their service team and they will make it right!

I am very pleased with the customer service that I received from Elvie. I had to use my warranty with my hubs not charging properly and they were super quick to get replacements to me. I will recommend these pumps to all of my friends and family.

My tubes for my pump got wet but I got sent new ones in 3 days

You wouldn’t replace my pump! I purchased my pump in March 2022, like many moms I purchased BEFORE I delivered! My delivery date was May 20, 22. So when my pump broke, because I purchased it more than 90 days ago you wouldn’t replace it! SHAME ON YOU! Even the place I purchased it couldn’t believe you didn’t cover for at least a year! Considering I haven’t even used this pump for 2 months, it’s horribly pathetic that you won’t replace it!

I got my Elvie pump (set of 2) to pump at work, in the car, or when I just don't want to be plugged in to a wall. Unfortunately one pump gave out after only a couple of months. I contacted Elvie and they immediately sent me a replacement hub. I'm obsessed with my Elvie and honestly feel like my production is better than with a standard pump.

Absolutely amazing customer service. My hub overheated and melted so they sent me a brand new unit.

I bought the set of 2. A couple months later my right side stopped connecting to my phone and then a couple more months later, my left one followed. I emailed customer service, they replied instantly and walked me through troubleshooting but nothing worked. They sent me 2 new replacement hubs and I got them within just a few days. I'm very happy with the pumps themselves but also with the customer service.

This company is the best! I had an issue with my pump and the next day I got the replacement parts in the mail! The representative I spoke with was so helpful and resolved my issue quickly!
